Welcome! I’m happy to host you and I’m always here if you need anything.

○ Quiet hours: 1-2 PM & 10 PM-8 AM (residential building - thank you for respecting the neighbors). No parties or loud music.

○ Flexible check-in/out: Subject to availability. An extra fee applies. Please contact me in advance to check availability.

○ Heating & hot water: Central building system. Hot water may take a few minutes to reach the apartment.

○ Please treat the apartment as your own. No food or drinks in the bedroom. Any damages or missing items will be charged.

○ Guest registration (Romanian law): A valid ID photo is required for all guests before check-in (18+ for booking; minors must be accompanied). Check-in is possible only after completing this step.

No smoking, vaping, drugs, candles, or ○ fireworks in the apartment. Any violation will result in a €150 Non-compliance fee charged through the Airbnb platform. A smart wireless smoke-detection sensor is installed. Do not touch or remove it - any interference will be considered a violation.
